MS Teachers Engage in ELMLE Conference

Last week, three of our Middle School teachers participated in the ELMLE (European League for Middle Level Educators) Conference in Malta. Ms. Cheryl Kurata (MS/HS Math), Ms. Katie Wrobel (MS Math), and Ms. Christine Schultz (MS Learning Support) attended sessions on key topics such as AI in education, high-impact strategies for student success, and effective feedback practices. Ms. Wrobel was one of the main organizers of this conference.

In addition to learning from international experts, Ms. Schultz presented on best practices in Middle School learning support, sharing ASB’s expertise with educators from across Europe.

This valuable professional development experience strengthens our Middle School community by fostering collaboration, innovation, and the exchange of best practices with other leading international schools.
