Professional Development in the HS with Brad Cartwright 

In December, ASB welcomed Brad Cartwright, an IB consultant specializing in professional development, for two days of workshops with our full IB faculty focused on recent updates to the Extended Essay.

A group of people, mostly students, are gathered in a library or study area, intently engaged in reading, writing, and using electronic devices.

 

Reflecting on the sessions, Brad shared,

“What stood out most was the professionalism, experience, and curiosity of the entire faculty as we worked through the new Extended Essay guidance together.”

This valuable professional learning opportunity supported our teachers in staying aligned with current IB expectations and strengthening their guidance for students.
