Grade 8 Students Explore Career Pathways with Parent and Alumni Experts

Earlier this month, a group of parents and alumni brought their professional expertise into the classroom, offering students a firsthand look at the wide range of careers and educational pathways available to them.

Students chose between sessions covering civil engineering, investment banking, theoretical physics research, pediatric cardiology, internal medicine, and entrepreneurship, each led by an ASB parent. The variety of fields on offer gave students a genuine sense of the many directions their futures could take, and the opportunity to ask questions in a personal setting.
