MS Mathletes Earn Top Honors at BIMC Math Competition

Congratulations to the MATHLETES that competed this past weekend in the BIMC 8 competition at Benjamin Franklin International School! We had a great turnout, with seven middle school teams competing, and ASB earned top honors in the competition.

In the individual competition, ASB mathematicians took all top three spots on the podium. First place went to seventh grader Jin J., second place went to eighth grader George W., and in third place we had eighth grader Alvin G.

In the team competition, ASB had very strong teams and took the first four spots:

  • First place team: George W., Alvin G., Ankelos A.
  • Second place team: Siting P., Jin J., Zita L.
  • Third place team: Sophia L., Arthur G., Jue Z.
  • Fourth place team: Tameem A., Hannah P., Lia V.

The top three individuals and the top three teams also earned Amazon gift certificates as prizes.
