ASB Educator Authors New IB History Textbook

ASB is proud to announce that Taylor Bingle, a member of our High School Social Studies faculty who has been teaching IB History for the last ten years at ASB, has published his first book, The Americas during the Cold War, a new textbook for IB History students.

The book is the product of two years of research and writing, during which Taylor drew on his IB History cohorts at ASB as active research partners, helping shape an approach to the curriculum grounded in real classroom engagement. That collaborative process is part of what makes this book stand out as a strong example of contemporary History textbooks.

We are proud of Taylor's dedication to the craft of teaching and scholarship, and we're excited for our community to celebrate this achievement with us.

The Americas during the Cold War is available now through Hachette Learning and Amazon.
