Strengthening Collaboration Through Adaptive Schools

Our teacher leaders, grade-level leaders, and school leadership team recently participated in 2 days of Adaptive Schools training with Kelly Armitage, strengthening our shared capacity to lead effective collaboration focused on student learning.

Adaptive Schools provides practical tools and strategies for leading effective team conversations, listening, asking productive questions, navigating different perspectives, and engaging in meaningful collaborative conversations.

This learning aligns with our strategic plan and commitment to Deeper Learning, giving our teams a shared language for collaboration and planning for Deeper Learning. By investing in our leaders, we are strengthening a culture in which educators learn together, collaborate intentionally, and use their collective expertise to improve learning experiences for students.
