Review Process
All completed applications undergo a detailed review by the Admissions and Academic Teams.
Completed applications are evaluated throughout the year, taking into account the applicant’s level of English, academic record, teacher references, and the results of any admissions assessments. While there is no deadline, applicants for September admissions are strongly encouraged to complete their application by January 31. The first round of admissions decisions are generally made by mid-to-late February. Completed applications received after January 31 will be considered on a rolling basis, with one of the following decisions communicated by email, typically within two to three weeks.
Place Offered - The student meets the admissions criteria and there is space available in the grade. The family will then have one week to pay the matriculation fee and four weeks to pay the capital levy to reserve the spot. Both fees are non-refundable.
Waiting Pool - The student meets the admissions criteria but the grade is full. Families will be contacted as space becomes available. Please note that being in the waiting pool for the current school year does not give priority for the following school year.
Not Accepted - The student does not meet the admissions criteria or we are unable to meet the support needs of the student, given the existing support needs in the cohort.
