ASB is fortunate to have significant demand from teachers who want to live and work in Barcelona, allowing us to be selective in the hiring process. Faculty arrive at ASB with significant teaching experience and up-to-date pedagogical practices. 

ASB believes in ongoing professional development for all of our faculty members. Throughout the year, we host numerous workshops led by experts in education, as well as support faculty members who wish to attend educational conferences around the world.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all of our staff. All staff members can look forward to staff social events, staff appreciation day, and after school activities such as fitness, yoga, art, and maker lab.
