How to Apply
Start a New Application
You can apply by clicking Register to Create a New Profile on the top of our website or clicking here. Once on the Online Application page, simply complete the application form and the required authorization forms and medical history form.
Language Level Testing. All students ages 7-17 enrolling in our Summer program must come to the American School of Barcelona campus on one of the days listed below to take the English language level test. The test is approximately 1.5 hours and helps us to determine each student’s current proficiency in the domains of listening, speaking reading and writing, in order to create class groupings. See dates and times below and select one on the application form.
Weekday and Saturday English programs will be tested on the first day of classes.

Rolling Admissions Policy. We accept applications throughout the year until classes are full.
Application Guarantee Dates.
We recommend that students apply as early as possible. Students whose applications are postmarked on or before each program's application guarantee date and who are accepted into the program will be guaranteed a class placement, subject to enrollment minima. The application guarantee dates for each program are listed as follows.

Admission Department Review
Our admissions department carefully reviews the completed application on a case-by-case basis and contacts students in the order in which they've applied. Admissions decisions are typically sent by email within one week of receipt of a completed application. A completed application consists of three parts: a completed application form, a deposit, and completed authorization and medical forms. Please note that an application will not be considered complete until all the required documents have been received.
