We are finishing up the Discovery Phase, as final assets will be complete next week. The Design Phase will begin April 7 with the design call. 

This week we transitioned the project from Dalton to Sara. We also reviewed Post Filtered Grids, Categories and Tags.

Meeting Notes

• Content Audit/Migration - discussed beginning the content migration process now, while design is in progress
• Timeline updates - Client to provide additional blackout dates next week that may impact current timeline

Production Phase Overview

Quality Assurance, or QA, is the last part of the Production Phase of your project, after the initial build is complete.
Your site will be reviewed to confirm that it has been built according to your approved designs. Your Project Manager will also review the site to ensure everything is properly configured and editable. Finalsite’s QA team will then test your site across all supported browsers and devices to ensure that the site is functioning properly and meets web accessibility standards.  
After the initial round of QA testing is completed, the developer will fix any issues that are identified. This process will continue until your site receives the final approval of our QA team. Once we have completed our internal QA review, your team will have the opportunity to review and test your site prior to launch. Your Project Manager can share more information about your review.
