We strongly encourage all students to participate in athletics to discover the importance of life-long skills including effort, self-discipline, and teamwork.

Being a student athlete at ASB is a commitment that developed my resilience, habits, and accountability. It has been the key to maintaining my mental and physical health throughout my high school years and being on two teams with a “family” culture of unity has led to many amazing friendships with teammates across multiple grades.
